Does culture eat strategy for breakfast?
Peter Drucker was described as the ‘Father of Modern Management’ and this famous quote emphasises the importance of having the right culture for an organisation or enterprise to be successful.
Most commentators observe that culture starts with leadership so this presentation will identify the interaction of strategy, culture and leadership, providing guidance on supporting a positive culture by shining a light on great leadership and recognising the dark triad leadership traits that contribute to toxic work environments. The ultimate goals are to encourage personal leadership effectiveness, more positive and supportive workplace culture and contribute to reduced workplace stress, anxiety and absenteeism.
The event will take place in our Lancashire office on Tuesday 26 September, with the agenda being as follows:
