We are delighted to invite you to the relaunch of our Brabners Personal seminar: Life, Death and Disputes taking place at Farington Lodge on Wednesday 15 November 2023.
This event will provide a detailed, legal analysis of a case summary based upon a modern-family scenario from our private client, family and contentious probate teams. There will also be an opportunity to network with mulled wine and mince pies after the discussion.
The agenda is as follows:

- 14:15 – Review of lifetime and Estate planning (including Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Wills, and Trusts) by Sarah Murphy (Partner) and Jenna Chapman (Associate) from our private client team
- 15:00 – Break
- 15:15 – Consideration of wealth protection in the context of pre and post-nuptial agreements from Helen Marriott and Amanda Long (Associate) in our family team
- 15:45 – Analysis of potential Estate disputes (including claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975) by Nicola Turner (Partner) and Beth Middleton (Associate) from our contentious probate team
- 16:20 – Networking with mulled wine and mince pies
