Caroline Resende

Corporate professional with ~ ten years experience in Financial Services, with a Bachelor of Commerce. Her commercial acumen stems from working for Australia’s largest bank (CBA) in Lending, Global Markets & Project Finance.

Caroline's passion for Women’s Health developed from dedicated efforts at CBA in Diversity & Inclusion and Women’s Networks, for which she won a CEO award in 2021 and eventually led her to Hertility.

 

Since joining, Caroline has contributed significantly to the development and launch of Hertility’s Reproductively Responsible accreditation, which has seen employers such as Channel 4 and JCDecaux provide reproductive health screening, CPD-accredited educational workshops and comprehensive policy support for their employees

Caroline Walters is co-founder of Mission Menopause. She is a qualified Executive Menopause Coach, specialising in menopause awareness education and leadership coaching in the workplace.


Prior to establishing her business, Caroline’s professional HR experience spans over 25 years in the corporate hospitality and retail sector, where she held a senior executive role as Head of HR for a leading FTSE 250 hospitality brand whilst transitioning menopause herself!


Caroline understands the impact of menopause and the need for organisations to support and normalise this stage of life. Her passion is empowering women to understand and own their menopause and support organisations to implement menopause awareness management in the workplace.

Joanne Waterworth

Jo is Head of Employer Services at Working Families and has been working within the Working Families Employer Services team for over six years providing employers with insight, knowledge and practical interventions to help them develop engaged and high-performing inclusive workplaces.  

She leads the team working with employer members to help change the way that work works within their organisations, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of family-friendly and flexible working policy and best practice. 

Prior to joining Working Families, Jo worked in senior client relationship management and business development roles within the professional services sector.

Laura Darnley

Laura is an experienced employment lawyer who specialises in complex individual claims and also handles all aspects of employment law for employers.

This includes employment tribunal claims as well as issues such as whistleblowing, discrimination, National Minimum Wage matters, HMRC audits/disputes, unfair dismissal claims, TUPE and restrictive covenants and also offers HR and employment advice.

Nick is an expert employment lawyer who provides employers across a variety of industries with the expert legal advice they need to make the most of their most important asset – people.

Nick is also involved in the Employment and Pensions team’s work to raise awareness around reproductive health issues in the workplace and to advise employers how they should seek to, support employees, address these issues and prevent disputes.
